We understand that the death of a loved one can be a very difficult time, and that
the death may be perceived differently by each family member. We appreciate that
a family’s options may be influenced by religious beliefs, cultural customs and
personal preference. As a result of this knowledge, we are pleased to offer our
families many different choices.
The funeral service is created by taking all of the family’s wishes into account.
One being our traditional service, this allows family and friends to remember an
honor their loved one in a unique and meaningful way. The funeral service in itself,
allows the family and friends to GRIEVE and CELEBRATE together, the life of their
loved one. We feel it is an integral part of coming to terms with the death. We
offer manyflexible options to help families personalize the funeral. The personalization
of the casket is now possible, and the choices are now more abundant than ever.
Many of the families that we serve choose to display pictures of happy times and
experiences. These pictures may also be put to video, and accompanied by the family’s
choice of music.
There are countless other options available, and together, we will assist the family
in what is most meaningful to them. Visitations serve as a central gathering place
for family and friends to cope with their grief. It also helps in the acknowledgement
that a life has been lived, but on the other hand confirms the reality and finality
of the death. The value of a Funeral helps family’s better cope with their grief
and enables them to move forward with their lives.
Different options for families when choosing from a Traditional Funeral Service
/ Burial Service are:
- Full Funeral Service with one or two day’s visitation, followed with a Chapel Service
or Mass at church
- Funeral Service with visitation one to three hours prior to the service
